The lowest damage they can deal in a standard attack is 8 dmg and the highest damage they can deal in a standard attack is 12 dmg. There is a 60 laff(hp) soft cap for each player with a maximum hp of 68 per player during the fight. All gags up to level 5 can be used in the fight. Counterfeits, C&D, and pink slips cannot be used. Loot you have the chance to get if you successfully defeat her in combat include a sticker and the stormy cloud hat, each being rated as very rare.

Attacks/Abilities

Misty's standard attcks include:
Brain Storm (10 dmg, 80% acc, 30% freq)
Power Trip (8 dmg, 70% acc, 20% freq)
Liquidate (12 dmg, 65% acc, 25% freq)
Freeze Assets (10 dmg, 75% acc, 25% freq)

They have the ability to control the weather on a small scale. This weather state is also reflected in her hair. Weather states we know she can create include oil rains, heavy rains, storm cells, monsoons, and fog. These states show up in the game via cheats. They also have an unnamed base weather status that causes light rain with no effect on combat as well as an unnamed "happy/sunny" status that only shows up in official artwork for the game.

Non-weather cheats that misty uses includes:
Cog Capacity: Soft cap of 4 cogs per round, increases to 5 cogs during monsoon. Two cogs spawn per turn, and increases to 3 when storm cell is used. during all rounds cogs pawn with a lvl of 5-9, other than during monsoon where cogs can spawn to lvl 14. Majority of cogs spawned in are lawbots (55% chance).
Lure resistence: Lasts one round afture using lure gag. When at 1 HP Misty is immune to lure.
Extra attack: First activated at the start of the battle with one extra attack per turn. This will increase by one attack each time an inversion cheat is triggered.

Weather cheats that misty uses includes:
Oil Rain: All toons(players) loose 8 hp per round, and all cogs gain 50 hp per round. Misty's hair will become a dark gray, and the pier's skys will become darker as well.
Fog: thick fog will cover all party's present during the battle. You cannot see their models or any information about them aside for their lvl and hp.
Heavy rain: All dmg dealt by toons and cogs is raise by 20%. However, 50% percent of all damage will be delayed until a storm cell cheat that releases the dmg all at once. The storm cell will occur right before the next weather transition. Misty's hair will turn a deep blue, and so will the pier's skys. Heavy rain will also fall.
Storm Cell: before the end of a heavy rain round, misty will strike a lighting bolt on every toon in a party. each lighting bolt has a maximum dmg of 36 hp. Misty's hair will become a bright blue and will contain lightning bolts.
Monsoon: Once misty's hp drops below 730, she will trigger a monsoon cheat. She will summon a tornado/cyclone behind the player part, launch them into the sky, and place them on a cloud platform. During the first two rounds of this phase, the toon up and sound gags are disabled, and you cannot use any rewards including unites or IOUs. No cogs will attack you for these first two rounds. in the first 3 rounds, misty will only absorb 10% of dmg inflicted on her. All cogs that are not misty throughtout a monsoon phase will also be lure resistant, and are unable to dodge attacks. The monsoon phase will end once the party has destroyed all cogs (excluding misty)
1hp: When dealt fatal damage, misty will be left with one hp. Misty will then send all present cogs away from the battle. The party can choose whether to deplete her hp to zero or to spare her. aside from different cutscenes there is no major difference as to what happens to misty, with her flying away from the pier at the end of both cutscenes.
